On this project, we added a top story and a finished basement at the same time! The homeowner nearly tripled his living space.

Formerly, the basement was unfinished and not full ceiling height. We lifted the home, added structural support elements, and dug deeper to create the necessary space for a finished basement. Here we are adding a few feet:
