Green Construction
Doug Rees administered the U.S. Green Building Council’s program for Washington’s very first Gold-certified “LEED” Building, Island Wood (formerly Puget Sound Environmental Learning Center). He then reached Green Certification with the Built Green program by applying those same standards to this local remodel.
